Duke Nukem Fore...er Never??

Seems like the long anticipated game Duke Nukem Forever will not be released at all. After many years in production, it will most likely not see the light of day since the company closed up shop on May 8, 2009. That sucks, because the screen shots were looking really good.

Windows Mobile finally gets Facebook

The long waited Facebook application for Windows Mobile devices has finally been released. Go here to download the application.

Some of the highlights include sending messages, uploading pictures and videos taken directly with your phones camera and even calling your friends who have their numbers in the site's phonebook. Windows Mobile users, such as myself, can finally get their Facebook fix through a dedicated application. Looks pretty good and so far I've had no problems with it. Hopefully Microsoft will continue getting more long waited applications out throughout the summer.

Most blockbuster movies are released in conjunction with a fast food chain or crappy merchandising deal, but 'X-Men Origins : Wolverine' goes one better with the release of a Nike duo-pack to coincide with the launch of the film. The lead character, Wolverine takes the cake with the Big Nike silhouette while his arch-enemy Sabretooth gets the more subdued AM95. The Big Nike takes direct inspiration from Wolverine's uniform colours - red, blue and yellow, with massive claw marks that rip into the upper (ala Methamphibian) and the tongue logo. The Sabretooth AM95 also takes direct inspiration from the colourings of the mighty comic book character, giving the lace unit an extra dose of fur to represent Sabretooth's maine. Ohhhhhh SNAP!!!!!!!!....DJ HERO???

Activision's will release three new titles this fall - Guitar Hero 5, Band Hero and DJ Hero. The new DJ Hero is a all-new turntable controller and featrue "diverse music genres including hip-hop, R&B, Motown, electronica and dance". They claim that "DJ Hero transforms players into DJs who rule the club scene by creating original mixes of popular songs and music from the world's most exciting artists and DJs.
